Kullab

Kullab ou Kullaba était à l'origine un village doté d'un temple consacré au dieu sumérien Anu. La fusion avec la bourgade d'Eanna, centre du culte de la déesse sumérienne Inanna (Ishtar chez les Akkadiens et Babyloniens), donnera naissance à la ville d'Uruk. Par la suite le nom de Kullab sera utilisé pour désigner le quartier d'Uruk consacré à Anu.
