Dragon Ash (littéralement Cendre de dragon) est un groupe Japonais mélangeant le rap, le rock, le drum'n'bass, ou encore la samba et le reggae, dirigé par Kenji Furuya (Kj), leur style est en constante evolution. Le groupe est extrêmement populaire au Japon où ils furent parmi les premiers à introduire la culture rap. Leurs chansons les plus populaires sont Grateful Days, Life Goes On, Shizukana Hibi Kaidan Wo (utilisé dans les crédits du film Battle Royale) et Fantasista. Ils chantent principalement en japonais mais parfois en anglais et en espagnol.
