Baosteel (Baoshan Iron & Steel, en sinogrammes simplifiés 上海宝钢集团公司 ; en sinogrammes traditionnels 上海寶鋼集團公司 ; en pinyin Shànghǎi Bǎogāng Jítuán Gōngsī) était, jusqu'au 31 décembre 2008, le plus grand fabriquant d'acier de Chine[1]. En 2008, il occupait le 7e rang mondial par son volume de production. Son siège social se situe en banlieue de le district de Baoshan, à Shanghai. L'effectif total dépasse 35 000 personnes. Elle est dirigée par Ai Baojun.
