First demo tape
First demo tape est la première cassette démo du groupe Punish Yourself sortie en 1994. Enregistrée au studio Galloway (qui est aussi le lieu de répétition "historique" du groupe), elle est musicalement très éloignée des futurs travaux du groupe, même si certains des thèmes présents seront réutilisés dans des morceaux postérieurs (Im feuer deviendra Come On Come On, par exemple). Son enregistrement avait été "subventionné" par le Club Du 18 Mai, organisateurs de soirées gothiques toulousaines.
