Wally est un artiste chanteur et parolier français. Il est originaire de l'Aveyron et a fait son succès grâce ce qu'il appelle les "chansons courtes". Ce sont de petites phrases accompagnées de quelques accords de guitare qu'il chante pour raconter une anecdote par exemple. Il a également lancé une pétition pour l'abolition de la flûte au collège qui selon lui est un "instrument de torture".
Il a fait plusieurs spectacles et parfois en collaboration avec Chraz.
Il a également sorti un CD "A vendre", aussi disponible en DVD ou VHS.
