Gâteau au chocolat

Un gâteau est une pâtisserie réalisée par une pâte de base employée seule ou agrémentée de crème, de fruits. Un gâteau se mange généralement à la fin du repas, au dessert. En Suisse romande, un gâteau est aussi appelé une « tourte ».
