Edward Samuel Behr, né le 7 mai 1926 à Paris et mort le 27 mai 2007, également à Paris, est un journaliste britannique, correspondant à l’étranger de Newsweek.
Après une carrière militaire à l’armée des Indes, il devient correspondant de guerre pour de multiples rédactions : Time, BBC, Cinq colonnes à la Une, Newsweek et d’autres titres.
En 1985, Edward Behr participa à la création du "Festival international du scoop et du journalisme" et en fut son premier président.
Il a rédigé une vingtaine d’ouvrages.
Pour Guy Sitbon, il était l’essence du journaliste, écrivant des articles « bons et vrais ». Il est mort en plein interview.[Comment ?][1]
