Lennox Island est une réserve Micmacs des premières nations dans le comté de Prince sur l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard, Canada, avec ses quartiers généraux sur l'Île Lennox, au nord-est de Tyne Valley. La tribu consiste d'une seule réserve indienne occupant toute l'île Lennox.
La Première Nation de l'île Lennox fut connu originairement sous le nom de "L'nui Minegoo" ou l'île des indiens/île du peuple et ensuite devint la réserve de l'île Lennox ou la tribu de l'île Lennox. Elle fut nommée en honneur de Charles Lennox, duc de Richmond, par l'arpenteur Samuel Holland. Elle incluait aussi les réserves d'Abegweit. Les habitants originaux permanents incluent le Chef Francis Francis qui demeurât là après que les micmacs furent déplacés de l'île Cortin. La mission Saint Ann fut établie plus tard sur l'île.
