Maadi ou avec l'article El Maadi (en arabe المعادي el-Ma'adi) est un faubourg aisé du Caire. C'est le siège de la Cour suprême constitutionnelle égyptienne, du Cairo American College, du lycée français du Caire, du Musée géologique égyptien ainsi que de nombreuses autres institutions. Il possède un stade d'athlétisme.
