Adelophryne pachydactyla est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Eleutherodactylidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique du Brésil, elle se rencontre de 600 à 800 m d'altitude à Ilheus et Santa Teresinha dans l'État de Bahia.
