Catalogue of Life est une base de données de taxinomie des espèces accessible sur internet. La puissance de ce site est de collecter les informations sur une soixantaine de bases de données spécialisées (par exemple FishBase et ITIS). Ceci permet à Catalogue of Life de présenter plus d'un million de taxons.
