Satoru Sayama (佐山聡?) est un catcheur professionnel japonais, plus connu sous le nom de Tiger Mask. Il a travaillé sous différents pseudonymes tels que : Sammy Lee, Masqued Super Tiger, Tiger King, (Original) Tiger Mask et The Mask of Tiger.

Il commence sa carrière sous le nom de Tiger Mask en 1981, fait une pause dans sa carrière de catcheur pour fonder le Shooto en 1986 puis repris plus le catch par la suite.

Il s'est inspiré d'un personnage de manga et séries télévisées d'animation, qui a également inspiré le personnage de King, un catcheur arborant un masque de léopard dans le célèbre jeu de combat Tekken.
