La Network Maintenance Agency (NMA) (littéralement "agence de maintenance des réseaux") est une agence spécialisée des Nations-Unies.
Elle est chargée de la maintenance, de la surveillance et du bon fonctionnement général du réseau informatique mondial (Matrice, Internet...) Le QG opérationnel se situe à Copé (Suisse) près de Genève.
Il existe des sub-divisions opérationnelles basées dans divers pays et ayant en charge une zone géographique déterminée (Europe, Asie...), appelées NMT' (Network Maintenance Team)
À l'heure actuelle son activité est plus virtuelle que réelle car une telle organisation ne se justifie guère étant donné le développement encore faible du réseau mondial.
Avec l'accélération du débit et l'augmentation du nombre de liens entre les structures, une telle organisation sera certainement nécessaire pour pallier le risque de panne générale du réseau.
