Alive In Torment est une démo et un album live du groupe de Black Metal Symphonique Norvégien Dimmu Borgir.

L'album a été tiré en un nombre limité d'exemplaires.

Pour ce bref live, le groupe a selectionné des titres provenants de leurs albums studio Spiritual Black Dimensions, Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia et Enthrone Darkness Triumphant, qui étaient alors à cette époque les trois derniers album studio du groupe.

Alive In Torment a été enregistré pendant la tournée organisée afin de promouvoir le dernier album studio en date du groupe, Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia, le 4 avril 2001 à Stuttgart, en Allemagne.

L'album est sorti le 5 fevrier 2002 sous le label Nuclear Blast Records.
