David Hungate, né le 5 août 1948 au Texas[1], est un bassiste américain.
Il a joué avec le groupe Toto de 1978 à 1982. Après l'avoir quitté, il a été remplacé par Mike Porcaro, frère de Jeff et Steve Porcaro. Il a enregistré quatre albums avec le groupe.
