Holysloot est un village de la province de Hollande-Septentrionale aux Pays-Bas. Elle fait partie de la commune de Amsterdam et de la sous-commune (deelgemeente ) d'Amsterdam-Noord.

Il est situé à 9 km au nord est de la ville d'Amsterdam. Le village compte 160 habitants (2004).

Holysloot a été une commune indépendante jusqu'en 1818. En cette année, les communes de Durgerdam et Holysloot sont rattachées à la commune de Ransdorp.
