Alexandre Pavlovitch Koutiepov ou Koutiépoff -(en russe : Александр Павлович Кутепов) : 16 septembre 1882, Tcherepovets (Russie) - 6 mai 1930, Moscou (Russie)
Général russe, il combattit dans les armées blanches durant la guerre civile russe. Proche du général Wrangel. Après la défaite des blancs et l'évacuation de Crimée il dirige le camp de Gallipoli. Il émigre en France en 1924 et dirige le ROVS, (Union militaire de l'armée blanche en exil). Il est enlevé à Paris en janvier 1930 par les services soviétiques. Il sera remplacé par le général Miller à la tête du ROVS.
