L’école de droit Hastings de l’Université de Californie (University of California, Hastings College of the Law) est une école de droit à San Francisco, en Californie, faisant partie du réseau de l’Université de Californie, dont elle fut la première de son type. Elle fut fondée en 1878 pat Serranus Clinton Hastings, le premier juge de la Cour suprême de l'État de Californie. Elle est souvent désignée simplement comme Hastings ou UC Hastings. Ce fut la première et c'est toujours la plus ancienne école de droit californienne, et l'une des rares de son type étant rattachée à une université américaine mais n'étant pas intégrée à son campus.
