H.N.I.C. Pt. 2 est le 3^e album solo du rappeur Prodigy, membre du groupe Mobb Deep.

L'album est sorti le 22 mai 2008 sur le label Voxonic Music. Il est la suite du premier album de Prodigy sorti en 2000, H.N.I.C.. Il est accompagné d'un DVD intitulé Free P, qui contient un clip pour chaque morceau de l'album.

L'album est produit par Havoc (l'autre moitié de Mobb Deep), The Alchemist, Apex et Sid Roams. En invité on retrouve Havoc, Un Pacino, Nyce, Twin Gambino (ex-Infamous Mobb, Cormega et Big Noyd. Le morceau "Dirty New Yorker" apparait comme un "bonus track" et est également présent sur la bande son du jeu vidéo GTA IV.
