Green is better, créé en 2005, est un réseau de franchise basé sur le principe du bar à salades. Dans ce type d'établissement le client confectionne lui-même son repas-salade en commençant par choisir sa base de salade ou féculent. Il sélectionne ensuite ses ingrédients – disposés dans un « bar » – qui vont du plus classique (fromage, tomates, thon…) au plus élaboré (poivron marinés, poulet grillé, aubergine au parmesan, feuilles de vigne…).
