La société Family Sphere est un réseau d'agences spécialisées dans les Services à la personne.

Historique de la société

1er juin 2006, quinze sociétés de services aux personnes orientées vers l'enfance (dont certaines exerçaient depuis plusieurs années) s'associaient sous la marque Family Sphere, afin de développer un réseau national à valeur ajoutée pour les parents et enfants.


Novembre 2007 : Axa Assistance réalise une prise de participation dans le capital.


Au 1er Septembre 2009, Family Sphere compte 77 agences et plus d'une dizaine en cours de création. Il est aujourd'hui (selon le site franchise-service.fr[1]), le premier réseau national de garde et d'accompagnement d'enfants en nombre d'implantations et de chiffre d'affaires.

Le concept

Family Sphere accompagne les familles individuellement en leur proposant cinq types de prestations :

  1. La Garde d'enfant à domicile dès la naissance
  2. L’accompagnement école / domicile ou lors des activités extra-scolaires
  3. L’aide aux devoirs
  4. Le Soutien scolaire
  5. La Garde partagée avec un partenariat sur la mise en relation de famille [2]


Cette activité peut bénéficier d'une Réduction d'impôt pour l'emploi à domicile dans le cadre des plafonds votés par les différentes lois de finance


  • Les agences du réseau sont toutes agréées par le ministère de l’Emploi et de la Cohésion sociale, et Family Sphere a élaboré une charte qualité et a engagé une Démarche qualité avec le processus de qualification Qualicert.
  • Cette société devient un acteur important (en nbre d'agences, CA, nbre de salariés) et est citée en référence par plusieurs acteurs et institutions [3]
  • Family Sphere essaye de développer de nouveaux services comme la garde-partagée, ou les mini-crèches.
  • Family Sphere est membre du SESP[4], et travaille avec l'ANSP[5]
