Ageo (上尾市, Ageo-shi) est une ville (市, shi) de la préfecture de Saitama, au Japon. La ville a été fondée le 15 juillet 1958. La population de la ville est de 224 258 habitants pour une superficie de 45.55 km² (2010).
Ageo est desservie par les routes nationales 16 et 17.
