Emmanuel Hamelin, homme politique français, né le 28 décembre 1957 à Oullins (Rhône).

Il est élu député le 16 juin 2002, pour la XIIe législature (2002-2007), dans la circonscription du Rhône (2e). Il faisait partie du groupe UMP. Il est battu par le socialiste Pierre-Alain Muet lors des élections législatives de juin 2007. Il est l'une des premières personnalités politiques françaises à avoir utilisé des automates téléphoniques auprès de ses électeurs pour les sensibiliser à sa candidature[1].
