Highland "Dobby" Dobson (né en 1942, à Kingston, Jamaïque) est un chanteur et producteur de reggae, surnommé The Loving Pauper d'après sa chanson la plus célèbre, qui fut également un succès en 1973 pour Gregory Isaacs.
