Les Cinq-Ports, en normand Cinque Ports (traduction perdurant en anglais), désignent plusieurs ports de la côte méridionale de l'Angleterre, qui jouissaient de certains privilèges. Primitivement il n'y en avait effectivement que cinq qui était du nord au sud : Sandwich, Douvres, Hythe, New Romney, dans le comté de Kent et Hastings dans celui du Sussex. Leur nombre fut porté par la suite porté à huit, par l'ajout de trois autres situés également dans le sussex : Rye, Seaford et Winchelsea.
Ils forment une province militaire et administrative à part. Le titre de Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports (« Gouverneur des Cinq-Ports ») est une des grandes dignités de l'Angleterre.
