Karanus de Macédoine

Karanus, de la race des Héraclides.

Il quitta Corinthe à la tête d'une colonie, alla fonder, vers 796 av. J.-C., le royaume de Macédoine et régna 28 ans. On lui attribue la fondation d'Edesse.
