  • 2005 : fondation du club par fusion de l' Alliance'01 Luxembourg (fondé en 2001 par fusion de l' Aris Bonnevoie et du CS Hollerich), du Spora Luxembourg (fondé en 1923 par fusion du Sporting Luxembourg et du Racing Luxembourg) et de l' Union Luxembourg (fondé en 1920)
