Yaya DaCosta (née Camara Yaya DaCosta Johnson le 15 novembre 1982 à Harlem, New York) est une actrice et un mannequin américain.

Biographie

Yaya DaCosta nait à Harlem dans une famille très métissée.

Elle participe en 2004 à l'émission America's Next Top Model, où elle est finaliste. elle est depuis mannequin pour les agences Models 1 de Londres et Ford Models de New York.

Elle commence à jouer la comédie en 2005 avec une apparition dans la série Eve. Elle décroche ensuite un rôle important au côté de Rob Brown, Antonio Banderas et Alfre Woodard dans Dance with me en 2006. On la retrouve au cinéma dans Honeydripper en 2007 et The Messenger en 2009.

Elle participe également à plusieurs séries télévisés.
