Les United World Colleges constituent un groupe de lycées internationaux qui accueillent des jeunes venus du monde entier. Créés par le pédagogue allemand Kurt Hahn pendant la guerre froide, leur but est de favoriser les échanges culturels. La première école créée est le Atlantic College (Pays de Galles), inauguré en 1962.
