William Westwood Lockyer (né à Oakland (Californie), le 8 mai 1941) est l'actuel trésorier d'État de la Californie et fut élu en 2006. Il fit ses études à l'Université de Californie à Berkeley et appartient au Parti démocrate. Ancien procureur général de Californie, il a été remplacé à ce poste par Jerry Brown.
