Syrniki (en russe : Сы́рники et en ukrainien : сирники) est un plat russe et de la cuisine ukrainienne sous forme de beignet avec du fromage frais mélangé avec de la farine et des œufs. On y ajoute parfois de la crème (smetana), de la confiture, du miel ou de la compote de pommes.
