Sutton Foster, née le 18 mars 1975, est une actrice, chanteuse, et danseuse américaine principalement connue pour ses rôles dans des comédies musicales.
Elle a joué dans plusieurs productions avant de devenir vraiment connue :
- Grease
- The Scarlet Pimpernel
- Annie
- Les Miserables
Son premier grand rôle fut dans la comédie musicale Thoroughly Modern Millie, pour lequel elle remporte un Tony Award.
Par la suite elle jouera dans des comédie musicales plus connue sur Broadway comme :
- Little Women
- The Drowsy Chaperone
- Young Frankenstein
- Shrek the Musical
Depuis 2011, elle joue dans la comédie musicale Anything Goes.
Par ailleurs, elle sort un album solo appelé Wish.
