Ryan McDonough (né le 2 janvier 1988 à Etobicoke, dans la province de l'Ontario au Canada) est un joueur professionnel de hockey sur glace. Il évolue au poste de centre[1].

Carrière de joueur

Carrière en club

Ryan McDonough débute sa carrière professionnelle en 2008-09 en EBEL avec le club de l'EC Red Bull Salzbourg. Auparavant, à partir de 2004, il joue en LHO avec les Wolves de Sudbury et le Spirit de Saginaw. En 2009, il joue 2 matchs pour l'Université de Western Ontario dans le championnat universitaire canadien, le SIC. Il s'envole ensuite pour la 2. Bundesliga puis il signe un contrat d'une saison avec le club italien de Valpellice en Serie A. Au printemps 2011, il est recruté par le EC Hannover Indians.

Carrière internationale

Il représente le Canada lors des Championnat du monde moins de 18 ans de hockey sur glace 2006 à Ängelholm et Halmstad en Suède. Les canadiens finissent à la 4e place.
