Les Q Awards sont une cérémonie créée en 1990 par le magazine Q. Elle est reconnue pour ses divers scandales de célébrités qui s'y produisent. La notoriété de cette cérémonie a considérablement augmenté lorsqu'en 2004, Elton John a accusé publiquement Madonna de tricherie. Il s'agit d'une des plus grandes cérémonies du Royaume-Uni.
