Le Gastronome

Le Gastronome était un journal fondé par Paul Lacroix en 1830.

Ce journal fut créé trois ou quatre mois avant la Révolution de juillet.

En 1858, la Bibliothèque impériale en possédait un exemplaire bien complet en deux volumes in-folio obl., format des cartes de restaurateurs.

Les rédacteurs étaient Henry Martin[Lequel ?], Charles Lemesle, Félix Davin, Edmond Marcotte, Claude-Charles Pierquin de Gembloux, Marquis de Cussy et Paul Lacroix.

À pas confondre ce journal avec Le Gourmet.
