Kazuo Miyagawa (宮川 一夫, Miyagawa Kazuo?) est un directeur de la photographie japonais, né à Kyōto (Honshū, Japon) le 25 février 1908, décédé à Tōkyō (Honshū, Japon) le 7 août 1999.

Le JMDB recense cent trente-cinq films japonais à son actif, entre 1935 et 1990 (l'IMDB en mentionne soixante dix-neuf, de 1938 à 1989). Il travaille notamment, à plusieurs reprises, avec Hiroshi Inagaki, Kenji Mizoguchi, Kon Ichikawa, Masahiro Shinoda, et trois fois avec Akira Kurosawa.
