H to He, Who Am the Only One est le troisième album du groupe de rock progressif britannique Van der Graaf Generator, sorti fin 1970.

Le bassiste Nic Potter quitte le groupe durant l'enregistrement ; l'organiste Hugh Banton le remplace pour la fin des sessions. Le groupe se passera de bassiste par la suite, les pédales basses de l'orgue de Banton faisant office de substitut en concert.

Le titre de l'album fait référence à la formation de noyaux d'hélium (He) à partir de noyaux d'hydrogène (H). Une autre référence à la physique apparaît dans le titre de la chanson Pioneers Over c., où c désigne la vitesse de la lumière.
