Le co-trimoxazole (ou TMP-SMX, Bactrim®, Eusaprim®) est une association d'antibiotiques bactériostatiques, le triméthoprime et le sulfaméthoxazole, dans une proportion de 1 à 5, utilisée pour traiter une variété d'infections bactériennes.
