Victor Harry Feguer (né en 1935 - mort le 15 mars 1963) était le dernier détenu fédéral exécuté aux États-Unis avant Timothy McVeigh. Il est le dernier condamné exécuté dans l'État de l'Iowa.
À la différence de l'exécution de McVeigh qui a été très médiatisée, les médias ont prêté peu d'attention à Victor Feguer ou à son exécution.
