Variation est une radio locale commerciale des Côtes-d'Armor en Bretagne qui fait partie du groupement « Les Indés Radios » (127 Radios membres).

On peut l'écouter sur la région de Lannion sur 96, sur les régions de Guingamp et Saint Brieuc sur 95.1, mais également en direct sur son site internet .

Elle a débuté dans les années 80 sous le nom de Radio Pays de Trégor, puis Trégor FM. En 2008 elle obtient l'autorisation du CSA pour devenir Variation et gagne une fréquence supplémentaire à Guingamp.
