Une jeune femme décide de faire croire à son mari distant qu'elle a pour amant l'un de leurs amis et lui propose de partir en croisière à trois.

  • Le scénario de La petite hutte a été écrit par André Roussin (1911-1987), d'après sa comédie du même titre, de 1947. La comédie est plagiée d'une autre comédie, originairement écrite en catalan par l'écrivain Carles Soldevila (1892-1967) avec le tître Civilitzats tanmateix (Même civilisés) (1921). Cette comédie était connue dans la France avant l'œuvre de Roussin : Adolphe de Faigairolle et Francesc Presas ont publié une traduction en 1927, dans le magazine Candide.
