La Stavudine (2'-3'-didehydro-2'-3'-dideoxythymidine ou d4T) est un médicament antirétroviral, c'est un inhibiteur nucléosidique de la transcriptase inverse (NRTI). Cette molécule est commercialisé sous le nom de Zerit.
