La Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (abréviation : en anglais, SUPARCO; en ourdou سپارکو ; en français Commission de Recherche sur l'Espace et la Haute atmosphère) est l'agence spatiale pakistanaise, responsable du programme spatial pakistanais.
Elle a été créée en 1961 sur l'ordre de l'ancien président Muhammad Ayub Khan. Le siège de l'agence se situe à Islamabad. Elle possède des bureaux à Lahore et à Karachi.
Elle est membre de la Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization opérationnelle en 2008.
