The Voidoids
The Voidoids (également connu sous le nom de Richard Hell and the Voidoids) était un groupe de punk new-yorkais fondé à la fin des années 1970. Son leader était Richard Hell, ex-bassiste de Television et ex-Heartbreakers.
Le groupe est connu pour le nihilisme de son chanteur, qu'on retrouve dans des chansons comme "Who Says It's Good to Be Alive?". Leur chanson "Blank Generation" était l'hymne du mouvement punk lors de ses premières années.
