Résumé

Le Professeur Yamadano découvre sur l'île de Ferâche-Val, où sont régulièrement effectués des essais de bombardements atomiques, une étrange créature. Alors qu'il essaie d'avertir les grandes nations du danger de poursuivre ces expérimentations, les relations entre les Etats-Alliés d'Améristar et l'Union d'Uran se dégradent et la guerre éclate... L'inspecteur Moustache est sur l'affaire mais se retrouve capturé dans une usine secrète souterraine d'Uran.
