La Bibliothèque nationale du Pays de Galles (Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru) est la bibliothèque nationale galloise, établie en 1907. Elle est située en haut d'une colline à Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. Elle garde un grand nombre des manuscrits gallois y compris le Livre Blanc de Rhydderch, le Livre de Taliesin, le Llyfr Du Caerfyrddin et le Livre d'Aneirin. De plus, la bibliothèque a une collection de plus de 4 millions de livres en gallois, anglais et autres langues, y compris le seul exemplaire du premier livre imprimé en gallois, Yn y lhyvyr hwnn (1546).
Un nombre d'ouvrages en breton y ont trouvé le refuge que les bibliothèques bretonnes indifférentes aux langues autres que le français, ne leur assuraient pas.
