Ma'aleh Adumim
Ma'aleh Adumim (en hébreu : מעלה אדומים), est une colonie israélienne en Cisjordanie. Elle est située à 7 kilomètres à l’est de Jérusalem, au-delà de la ligne verte. En 2005, sa population était de 32 000 habitants. Fondée en 1976, les Israéliens la considèrent maintenant comme une banlieue de Jérusalem, principalement parce que la majeure partie de sa population travaille dans la capitale.
A cet endroit ont été découvertes les ruines d'un imposant monastère byzantin. Ses mosaïques comptent comme les plus impressionnantes de la région sise à l'ouest du Jourdain.
