Philander Chase Knox (né le 6 mai 1853 à Pittsburgh – mort le 12 octobre 1921 à Washington) est un homme politique américain. Il fut sénateur de la Pennsylvanie puis secrétaire d’État des États-Unis de 1909 à 1913, sous la présidence de William Howard Taft.
