La Discrète
La Discrète est un film français réalisé en 1990 par Christian Vincent, avec Fabrice Luchini, Judith Henry et Maurice Garrel.
Synopsis
Antoine, écrivain sans ambition, s'apprête à quitter Solange, sa dernière conquête, sur le quai d'une gare. Mais avant qu'il puisse annoncer sa rupture, c'est Solange qui le quitte pour un autre homme...
Blessé dans son amour propre, Antoine raconte sa mésaventure à son ami Jean libraire imprimeur. Jean propose à Antoine de se servir de son histoire avec Solange comme point de départ d'un nouveau roman qu'il pourrait écrire. « Un homme plaqué par une femme décide de se venger, non pas de cette femme, mais des femmes en général. Cet homme décide de séduire une femme au hasard, puis une fois que celle-ci sera tombée amoureuse de lui, il la quittera . » Plutôt que d'imaginer cette histoire, Jean demande à Antoine de la vivre réellement. Moyennant quoi il s'engage à le publier.
