American Society of Landscape Architects

L'American Society of Landscape Architects est une association américaine regroupant des urbanistes et des architectes paysagistes. Elle compte plus de 17 000 membres, et 48 branches qui représentent les cinquante États, les territoires américains, ainsi que 42 pays autour du monde. Le groupe a été fondé le 4 janvier 1899 dans le but de faire du métier d'architectes paysagistes une profession reconnue en Amérique du Nord, de développer l'enseignement du métier de paysagiste, et de fournir une autorité dans cette nouvelle profession.
